Full Service Planning

From start to finish, we’ll work with you to help make your dream wedding become a reality! This package is for the busy couple who wants to sit back, relax, and enjoy their best life as an engaged couple. This package includes planning tools including a detailed wedding checklist, budgeting tool, and more. We will be by your side every step of the way making sure not one detail is overlooked during the planning process. Your best day ever starts here!


  • Up to five meetings to be used at your discretion (i.e., planning/design meeting, venue tours and/or site visit, vendor meeting, tastings, etc.) *in-person or virtual

  • Unlimited e-mail correspondence

  • Monthly wedding to-do’s, updates, and check ins

  • Access to planning resources, including a wedding checklist, budgeting tool, design studio/mood board, guest list/tracker, seating arrangement chart, and more!

  • Catering and menu selection

  • Venue and vendor recommendations

  • Secure vendors, contract review, and negotiation

  • Manage all correspondence with vendors

  • Establish a vendor payment schedule to keep you on track with payments

  • Assistance in developing a color scheme, theme, and décor ideas

  • Selection and wording on wedding save the dates, invitations, programs, menu cards, place cards, etc.

  • Guidance when choosing wedding favors, attire, gifts, welcome bags, etc.

  • Determine the ceremony processional order and assist with wedding vows

  • Assist with selection of décor and rentals

  • Arrange transportation and hotel accommodations/reservations

  • Rehearsal dinner planning

  • Wedding website advice

  • Finalize ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception details

  • Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline

  • One in-person or virtual meeting to discuss your wedding day timeline and final details


  • Distribute the wedding day timeline to your venue and vendors

  • Confirm vendor arrival times and finalize wedding day logistics

  • Wedding eve email with helpful tips and advice to prepare for the big day

  • Final venue walk-through to discuss banquet event order and room layout*

  • Rehearsal coordination*


  • Complete wedding day coordination (up to 12 hours)

  • Act as the point person for your vendors, wedding party, and guests

  • Available to help with last minute errands (if requested)

  • Distribute and pin all corsages, boutonnieres, and personal flowers

  • Handle any wedding day emergencies that may arise (we always come prepared with an emergency kit fully stocked and available to you upon request)

  • Setup and teardown of personal décor including but not limited to ceremony programs, place cards, menu cards, favors, guest book, photos/signage, etc.

  • Ensure the ceremony and reception is setup and completed to your specifications

  • Manage the wedding day timeline and ensure everything is running on schedule

  • Greet guests and direct them to the ceremony and reception site while graciously answering any questions they may have throughout the day

  • Review duties with ushers and be available for questions

  • Round up, line up, and cue the wedding party when it’s time to walk down the aisle

  • Cue the ceremony musicians or DJ to ensure correct pace and timing

  • Ensure that the ceremony décor is moved to the reception or other appropriate area

  • Work with catering and/or onsite waitstaff to confirm food timing and logistics

  • Light candles and double check that the reception site is ready to go

  • Coordination of grand entrance, speeches, first dance, father daughter dance, mother son dance, cake cutting, etc.

  • Ensure cards and gifts are moved to a secure onsite location or vehicle

  • Oversee late night food and ensure this comes out and/or is delivered on time

  • Ensure end of night transportation arrives on time and is running on schedule

  • Teardown, organize, and pack up personal décor and ensure it gets transferred to a secure onsite location or vehicle

  • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors


  • Follow up with your vendors and thank them for helping make your wedding day the best day ever

*Travel expenses will incur for event location 30 miles outside Owatonna at $1/mile. Hotel accommodation expenses will incur for event location more than 60 miles outside of Owatonna (fee TBD).
