Event Design & Styling

This is the perfect package for the couple who is hands-on when it comes to planning their wedding but needs some guidance when it comes to the design and decorating process. We listen to who you are and what your vision is, and will help bring everything together through color palettes, creation of a curated mood board, and use of our decor inventory. This package also includes some planning assistance to ensure that your event is styled to perfection!

THE PLANNING & DESIGN PROCESS

  • Unlimited e-mail correspondence

  • Support and guidance throughout the design process

  • Access to planning tools

  • Up to three in-person or virtual design meetings to discuss your decor

  • Confirm venue decorating timelines and restrictions

  • Creation of a floor plan layout

  • Creation of a curated mood board showcasing centerpiece decor, non-guest table decor, and color story

  • Creation of signage

  • Vendor recommendations that can help bring your wedding vision to life

  • Use of our entire decor inventory

  • Assistance with additional rental needs

  • One in-person or virtual meeting to finalize your decor timeline and details

WEEK OF WEDDING 

  • Confirm decor setup and teardown times and finalize wedding day logistics

  • Confirm details with vendors associated with the event decor (rentals, etc.)

  • Organize and transport decor to appropriate ceremony or reception locations

ON THE WEDDING DAY

  • Complete wedding day setup

  • Act as the point person for your vendors associated with the event decor (rentals, cake, etc.)

  • Distribute final payments and gratuities to onsite vendors (if needed)

  • Ensure the venue decor is setup and completed to your specifications

  • Ensure that the ceremony décor is moved to the reception (if needed)

  • Light candles and double check that the reception site is ready to go

  • Ensure cards and gifts are moved to a secure onsite location or vehicle (if needed)

  • Teardown, organize, and pack up all decor

  • Transport decor to secure location

AFTER THE WEDDING

  • Follow up with your decor vendors and thank them for helping make your wedding day the best day ever

*Travel expenses will incur for event 30 miles outside Owatonna at $1/mile. Hotel accommodation expenses will incur for event location more than 60 miles outside of Owatonna (fee TBD).
